Jeffrey Weissman

President

As President of Copperhead Construction Services, Jeff oversees all the operations of the firm and its projects. Jeff’s experience leading two of the country’s largest multifamily real estate operators has given him insight into the complexities of rehab and reconstruction work that few general contractors possess. With experience on large scale projects from Phoenix AZ to Jacksonville FL, Jeff has developed deep relationships with tradesmen throughout the United States. He possess an innate ability to lead diverse teams into producing excellent results with emphasis on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

Luke Holland

Vice President

Luke was raised around the construction business and has worked full time in the industry since 2004 after graduating from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. A 3rd generation contractor, he started out working in foundation repair and sitework with his family’s business and quickly became involved in local Texas trade associations. As Vice President of Copperhead, Luke is hands-on throughout the entire project cycle. Growing up in a family of contractors, he understands that communication and availability are the keys to a successful business relationship. Luke has managed over $40M in multi-family and commercial rehab projects in the last ten years from Arizona to Georgia with prominence in the Texas submarkets. In his spare time he enjoys music and photography.

Rob Robinson

With over twenty five years in construction with an emphasis on capital projects and roofing and fifteen years in the multi-family industry, Rob has the resources and knowledge to build almost anything. Both born and raised and still living in Arlington, TX he continues to serve clients on the eastern seaboard and in the Gulf. Rob has been responsible for numerous multi-million dollar projects and oversaw a $6.2M asset reposition which included rebranding, renovation, and capital improvements. Honest, loyal, and hardworking, Rob’s motto is the Golden Rule: treat others as one would like to be treated. He enjoys golf, (with his wife Shannon) watching his daughter Maddie play volleyball, skiing, and GOLF.

Emilio Canales

Emilio brings over ten years of experience managing subcontractor teams, generating estimates, and organizing schedules. Vigorous and enthusiastic, he supports multiple apartment associations throughout Texas with active involvement in their community initiatives. Emilio attended the University of Houston and when he’s not working, he loves spending time with family, building computers, and playing basketball. An animal lover through and through, he’s not afraid to admit he spoils his cat (Rolls) and dog (Royce).
