Sundance was part of a dual-asset job which included its sister-property, Sausalito. Because both assets are located on the same street, they were completed in tandem. Exterior renovation included carpentry, paint, welding and concrete. The interior office renovation included the relocation of walls and infrastructure, installation of lighting, new cabinets with countertops, flooring and paint.
The Challenges
Effectively communicating the timeline and needs with the site management staff was crucial to the success of the project. Since there was only one manager between Sundance and Sausalito, maintaining a schedule was important to keep the job on track.
